KALASHA Fine Jewels is a registered brand name and logo of the company M/s CapsGold Pvt. Ltd., (Hereby referred as KALASHA) (Address: 8-2-623/5/1/1, Road No #10, Avenue 4, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana 500034).

The information in this report is based on subjective trained opinion and are confirmed to any limitations i.e lighting conditions, closed setting etc., (Under 10 X Magnification).

Reports can vary at the time of re-examination or between examiners, as Gem an Diamond grading is a subjective process. As a result a single clarity color and cut grade is subject to tolerance among comparable gemologists and appraisers.

KALASHA has carried out scientific analysis and grading of the Article(s) referred to in this Report, using up-to-date gemological instruments and equipment available at the time of examination. Evidence of known treatments, simulants and synthetics are detected and disclosed. However, technologies employed in treatments, processing and synthetics are continuously evolving, hence it might not always be possible to determine the origin of the article using the then-latest available techniques.
- A Jewelry Report is based on the gemological analysis of the Article.
- Characteristics, weights and measurements are approximate when analyzed in mounted conditions.
- Jewelry hallmarked for gold purity by KALASHA India is done by a panel of registered government approved BIS hallmarking centers.
- Gemstones are sometimes enhanced or treated in order to improve their appearance. These processes, including synthetics, are not always identifiable in mounted conditions.

All terms and conditions with regard to BUY BACK and EXCHANGE as mentioned backside of the sales invoice at the time of SALE shall be adhered by KALASHA with regard to this product as per this report.

In the event of any claim by any person for damage to the article(s), or damages resulting, directly or indirectly from this Report, the liability of KALASHA shall be limited to the amount it charges as "Certification Charges" to the client. (In case Certification Charges not mentioned separately on the sales invoice issued by KALASHA then the amount of damages claim is limited to Rs. 600 / ct as per the diamond weight in carats on the mentioned certificate).
